and some of the kids there wished that they’d had a gun in their possession…
God and Guns were needed today in Texas as detailed by the 2nd year student in Eyewitnesses describe Texas college stabbing Video link (excerpts below)
“…It was kind of crazy… sounded like a rock concert… heard a whole bunch more and heard somebody scream with pain or something….put about 50 people in a classroom built for about 20 and sat there and didn’t even get the little text message… But God protected us in our classroom, and we, we wish we could protect ourselves with guns and stuff. We wish that the law would let us carry guns ’cause we’re legal adults… to protect ourselves but so far what we have to rely on is on God but we would love to have God and the law on our side…”
Note: These attacks lasted much longer, over a wider area, and injuries were much more graphic; as grabbing a knife requires very close contact with an assailant who holds the only safe portion of the weapon.
Are attacks about the weapon? NO! It’s about crazy individuals who, instead of thinking evil thoughts, actually complete an organized mass attack. The reasons for these events are as random as the targets. My thoughts and prayers are with them today.
